BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS

BUFFALO CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:


1 head of boston bib lettuce or romaine lettuce 
1 pound shredded chicken 
1 cup quinoa 
2 avos 
1 chopped Roma tomato 
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce 
Dairy free ranch (optional) 
Salt and pep to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a bowl add cooked chicken and Franks sauce. Stir well. 


2. Dress lettuce leaf with cooked quinoa, chicken, avo, tomato, salt, and pepper. Add ranch if desired!
