CARAMELIZED BANANA OATS

I used to hate breakfast and now I can’t

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup cashew milk

1 banana

1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

handful of blueberries

1 tablespoon coconut shavings

​

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1.  Over the stove heat up  1/2 cup of cashew milk.

2.  Stir in the rolled oats. Mix in cinnamon.

3.  Oats will start to thicken. Transfer to breakfast bowl.

4.  Slice a banana length-wise.  Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top of banana.  Cook bananas on the stove top to caramelize.  About 5 min.  

4.  Top with blueberries, coconut shavings, almond butter and caramelized banana.  ENJOY!
