CHICKPEA CRISPS

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 cans of chickpeas
1 teaspoon oil
your choice of spices - cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper, etc.
or a sweet version - honey, maple syrup cinnamon, salt, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:
​
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse off chickpeas. Dry with a tea towel. Remove skins off chickpeas if desired. (This makes them easier to digest.)
3. Spread out chickpeas on baking pan. Bake for 30-40 min depending on how crispy you want them.
4. Remove and season to your liking!
