SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE

EGG CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:


1 lb Italian sausage or ground turkey 
12 eggs
1 cup spinach 
1 small sweet potato 
Salt and pep for taste 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Brown the meat on a sauce pan on medium heat. 

3. Cut sweet potato into cubes. 

4. Scramble eggs.

5. Combine all ingredients into a 9 x 9 dish. Stir. 

6. Bake for 45 min. ENJOY!
