KALE CHIPS

KALE CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:

​

1 Bunch of Kale

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 1/5 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast (gives a cheesy flavor.  Also rich in vitamin B.)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder

1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt (or normal salt)

INSTRUCTIONS:

​

1.  Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Massage kale in olive oil and other seasonings.  

​

2.  Bake for 25 min (or until crispy) turning leaves halfway through. ENJOY!
