P.F. CHANG'S LETTUCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:
A head of butter lettuce
1 lb ground pork or chicken
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup white mushrooms
8 oz water chestnuts
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp avo oil
Salt and pep to taste
Sauce:
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp sriracha
Garnish-
Chives
Sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. On a pan over medium heat, cook the minced onion in avo oil until softened and translucent.

2. Add sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook mushrooms until soft.
​
3. Add meat and cook until browned.
4. Add sliced carrots.
​
5. Whisk all ingredients together for your sauce. Pour over your pan of meat.
​
6. Add sliced water chestnuts and minced chives to pan.
​
7. Serve mixture over butter lettuce! Add garnishes. ENJOY!
