SWEET SRIRACHA CHICKEN

*Feeds two. Prep and cook time all in 25 min*

INGREDIENTS:

2 zucchinis
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
12 oz chicken breast
Sesame seeds for garnish **Optional for a more authentic taste, use one tablespoon of fish sauce and one tablespoon of oyster sauce.**
Sauce:
2 tablespoons honey 
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons water

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Spiralize zuchini.  Place zoodles in a pot over the stove. Add (roughly) a half cup of water and cook over medium heat for 4-6 min.. 
2. In a bowl combine all sauce ingredients. Whisk well. Set aside. 
3. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
4. Add garlic and olive oil to a skillet on the stove. Cook garlic over medium heat until golden brown. Add chicken (fish and oyster sauce if desired). Cook until white/cooked. Add the sauce to the skillet. Continue stirring until sauce thickens. 
5. Top zoodles with chicken. Garnish with sesame seeds. ENJOY!
